Have questions about our services or the funding process for nonprofits? You will find answers to the most common questions here. If you do not find what you are looking for, feel free to contact us directly.
Our services are designed for nonprofit organizations (NPOs) and community organizations in Québec. We work with organizations of all sizes and across all sectors — whether you are just starting out or well established. We primarily serve Montérégie and the greater Montréal area, but we can support organizations elsewhere in Québec depending on the nature of the engagement.
We cover a wide range of funding programs: provincial and federal government grants, private foundation programs, regional funds, sector-specific calls for proposals, and other funding sources accessible to nonprofits. During the discovery meeting, we assess together which programs are most relevant for your organization and projects.
No, and we believe in being transparent about this. No serious consultant can guarantee grant approval, as the final decision always rests with the funder. What we do guarantee is the quality and professionalism of our files. We do everything in our power to maximize your chances of success by producing rigorous, complete, and strategically positioned applications.
Our fees vary depending on the nature and scope of the engagement. We offer à la carte services (grant research, writing a specific application) as well as more comprehensive support packages. We always provide a clear and detailed proposal before any engagement begins, so you know exactly what to expect. Contact us for a quote tailored to your needs.
The discovery meeting is a conversation of approximately 45 to 60 minutes, in person or by video conference, during which we take the time to understand your organization, your projects, and your funding needs. It is a no-obligation meeting that allows us to assess how we can help and propose a tailored action plan.
Absolutely. If you have already targeted a funding program and need help only with writing the application, we can step in at that specific stage. We will adapt to your situation and the level of support you need.
Yes. We support organizations in their startup phase as well as those that are well established. For startup organizations, we can help you structure your first projects, identify accessible funding sources, and prepare your initial grant applications.
The duration varies depending on the nature of the engagement. Writing a grant application can take two to four weeks, depending on the complexity of the program and the availability of information. A broader strategic engagement may span several months. We always establish a clear timeline at the start of the collaboration.
Yes, your collaboration is essential. We will need information about your organization (mission, history, financial statements, activity reports, etc.) as well as about the projects you wish to fund. We will guide you on which documents to gather and support you throughout the process.
We primarily offer our services in French, but we are able to write grant applications in English when the program requires it. Feel free to discuss this with us during the discovery meeting.
